If you want to change the way you feel, change the way you move. Monica offers classes with a calm yet challenging flow of postures along with breathing and concentration techniques. She invites students of every background to create space in their bodies, find easeful moments in the mind, and to deepen the yoga practice as a meditative and spiritual experience. Monica earned her 200-hour yoga teacher certification from Flow Yoga Center and is now immersed in the 500-hour Life of A Yogi program with true master yogi Sri Dharma Mittra. With immense gratitude for the example of Sri Dharma and her first teacher Brittanie DeChino, Monica believes that one can live a blissful life by practicing all 8 limbs of yoga with faith, determination and a few tricks (like using the imagination and copying the teacher!). Monica is also a Pilates teacher whose mat classes set to fun music will leave you feeling long, lean and strong.
