Eating a salad is like meditation and exercise. If you do it every day, your body will eventually start to crave it.
Thanks to Samantha Anders for the reminder of how fantastic a #dailysalad is. Yes, I do follow a vegan diet but that doesn't always mean I make healthy choices! I'm so grateful to Tara Coleman for inspiring me to make better choices and for sharing some tricks that make it easy (and still delicious!).
